I cannot say enough how incredible Amy and her team were today! I was desperate for some wiring/outlet work to be completed last minute so our countertops could be installed as planned after another electrician fell through. Amy was so kind and patient and moved things around without hesitation to fit us in. Joey arrived just a couple hours later and was very professional and had the job done quickly and neatly. He made sure to explain exactly what was done and even gave me potential options during the process explaining things in simple terms. Can’t express our gratitude enough! Definitely recommend and will be using them again in the future.
This is a great family owned honest company. Excellent communication from the office as well. Jose came out to give me an estimate to install a new forklift charger. He took the time to explain to me that there is two ways to hook this to the panel. Jose assured me that the charger which came from the factory as a 480 would still charge the same if converted to a 208. Jose came out two days later to install the charger. I had two other estimates which were higher than what I was estimated from Swink. I don’t normally go with the least expensive, I went with the person who took the time to explain to me the different options.
I’ll gladly recommend Swink Electric for timely repairs, installations, and any projects that require precise electrical expertise.
